The ES301-600T China VI TBOX terminal is an onboard terminal designed in accordance with the technical standards GB17691-2018 Limits and Measurement Methods for Emissions from Heavy‑Duty Diesel Vehicles and GB 32960-2016 Technical Specifications for Remote Service and Management System for Electric Vehicles. It adopts an automotive‑grade processor chip and supporting peripherals in its design, meeting the stringent automotive‑grade requirements for reliability, operating temperature, and electromagnetic immunity. The terminal enables vehicle networking, GPS/BeiDou positioning, CAN bus data acquisition, high‑capacity storage, remote control, remote diagnostics, over‑the‑air updates, national cryptographic algorithms (SM2/SM4/RSA) encryption, and vehicle information security.
Product Functions
1. Device Login
Upon power‑on, the device automatically connects to the network and sends identity authentication information to the backend to log in.
After power‑on, the device performs a self‑test on each module to verify normal operation and indicates the status of each module via indicator lights. The definitions for the satellite positioning module and networking module indicator lights are as follows:
- Engine data reporting: After connecting to the backend, the device reports real‑time engine‑related data, including vehicle speed, atmospheric pressure, net engine output torque, friction torque, engine speed, fuel flow rate, SCR upstream NOₓ output, SCR downstream NOₓ output, reagent remaining level, intake air flow, SCR inlet temperature, SCR outlet temperature, DPF differential pressure, engine coolant temperature, fuel tank level, and others. Acquisition frequency: once per second; reporting frequency is remotely configurable, defaulting to once every 10 seconds.
- OBD data reporting: After connecting to the backend, the device can report OBD diagnostic data, including MIL status, diagnostic support status, diagnostic readiness status, IUPR values, fault codes, and more.
After connecting to the backend, the device reports real‑time vehicle data, including overall vehicle data, drive motor data, fuel cell data, engine data, extreme value data, alarm data, user‑defined data, etc.
The device supports GPS/BeiDou/cell‑tower positioning, reports latitude/longitude and base station positioning data, and enables real‑time tracking of the device.
When the device enters a network signal dead zone and cannot report data in real time, it stores all collected data locally. Upon re‑establishing network connectivity, it retransmits the stored data to the backend.
The device uses a TF card for local data storage, capable of storing more than 7 days of data.
The on‑board terminal can synchronise time via the server, base station, or GPS. Additionally, it incorporates a real‑time clock and a coin‑cell battery to ensure reliable clock operation even during extended power‑off periods.
The on‑board terminal supports remote query, remote parameter configuration, remote upgrade, and other remote functions.
